What utilities are included in the rent?
No utilities are covered/included in the rent price
What is the policy on pets?
Our policy is 2 pet max, 20lb with a one time fee of $300, and we don't have monthly pet fees!
Are there any amenities included?
All amenities are included in rent - Common amenities may include a gym, pool, business center, or clubhouse.
What is the process for handling maintenance requests?
You can submit a work order on the resident portal or visit the leasing office.
What are the parking options?
Our communities provide free parking; however, spaces are unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How are noise complaints handled?
Noise levels are kept to a minimum during designated quiet hours. If you have a noise concern, please email the leasing office, and they will address the issue accordingly.
Is renters insurance required?
Yes, we require residents to have renter's insurance at all of our properties.
How much will I pay in up-front costs when I sign the lease?
When moving in you are to pay your first months' rent in-full, the security deposit option of your choice, renters Insurance (if opting for in-house renter's insurance), the non-refundable pet fee (if applicable), and the non-refundable risk fee (if applicable).
If you are locked out after office hours you will be charged a fee of $150.00. Otherwise, we can send maintenance out.
